These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jl92 ("jl92," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of jl92.club. jl92 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending full resolution of the eligibility inquiry.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jl92. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update your account information promptly should any such details change after registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl92 login credentials — your username and password.

All transactions on jl92 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits of that method.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered jl92 accounts only. Accounts flagged for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting are not eligible for promotional benefits.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from jl92.club without the express prior written consent of jl92. Any unauthorized use of jl92's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

jl92's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jl92 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl92 collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the jl92 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jl92 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

jl92 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or operational changes to the Platform. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and jl92 shall first be referred to jl92 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
